HELPFUL HINTS & TIPS

If your Bottle Stopper will not vacuum, make sure it fits snugly inside
the bottle. Air may be leaking if the Bottle Stopper seems loose in the
bottle neck.

Make sure there are no crumbs or food debris in the neck of the bottle,
any gaps will prevent a vacuum seal from forming.

Not for use with plastic containers or bottles.

Make sure you Seal-a-Meal

®

Vacuum Food Sealer is on a flat, dry surface

and follow instructions below to vacuum seal non-carbonated liquids.

1. Plug in the unit. Place Bottle Stopper in the neck of the bottle. Leave at least

1” between the bottle contents and the bottom of the Bottle Stopper.

2. Firmly insert male end of Accessory Hose into Accessory Port.

Accessory Port location will vary depending on the model of your Seal-
a-Meal

®

Vacuum Food Sealer.

3. Attach other end of Accessory Hose to Seal-a-Meal

®

Bottle Stopper.

4. Press the Vacuum Button. Vacuum Indicator Light will turn on. Once

all of the air is removed, the Sealer and Indicator Light will
automatically turn off.

To stop the vacuum process at any time, press the Vacuum Button.
To release vacuum and remove Bottle Stopper, hold base of bottle and
slowly twist and pull up on Bottle Stopper.

CLEANING YOUR BOTTLE STOPPERS

Hand wash Bottle Stopper with warm soapy water, rinse well, and dry
thoroughly.
NOTE: DO NOT place in dishwasher.
