How do I drag music files to my Sansa View player?
As long as the files are WMA or MP3, they can be dragged into the Music folder.
Which bit rates will the Sansa View player support?
The Sansa View player will support 32-320Kbps for MP3 and 32-192Kbps for WMA.
How do I format my Sansa View player?
You can format your Sansa player directly through System Settings or via PC.
Why should I update the firmware?
You should always update the player to the latest firmware to ensure that it functions

How do I transfer videos and photos to my Sansa View player?
You need to install the Sansa Media Converter software (available for download at
