Log Splitter V-Belt Replacement

Caution! : The Idler System is spring loaded. When replacing belt, be
sure to lock lever to avoid accidental release.
•
Remove the (6) self-tapping screws that hold the belt cover on the
bottom of the unit and remove the cover to allow access to the belt. Pull
clutch lever out to remove load from belt. Wedge a flat screwdriver (or
something similar) into the slot to prevent release. See fig.1
