1.2

Fixed Application Problems

A CT6C configured for ‘Section operation’ does not crash the system anymore.
The internal workspace for the terminal application is now increased so that the
function has enough memory available.

A wrong indication “not done” for the execution of a command has been eliminated.
This was just indicated for a Section with Exit-Route when it was switched on, in
case the configuration did allow switching off/on the sensors.

For the private devices CT6C and DCU6 on the LON bus, the communication has
been enhanced. Now the supervision is stable so that random connection tamper
messages will be avoided.

1.3

Improvements for Management Station

The stability of the communication is improved for the connection of management
stations. In fact, a correction in the MM8001 allows now to connect two such sta-
tions with Guarto.

New properties are supported in the communication model, which were added in
the application of MP3. They are now available on the interface, but have not been
added to the exported data in the profiles (due to incompatibility in import).

1.4 Known

Problems

Guarto: Communication with management stations:

The protection for the time synchronization via network is too restrictive. There is
currently no way for correcting errors from remote (e.g. wrong daylight saving
time). Local access is necessary to put CS6 in Service-Mode.

SWE6-Tool: Configuration and data export:

The dialogues are missing in the Area for setting the delay times of the remote
transmission of ‘Security-jeopardizing-faults’ and ‘Major-fault’ (default = 120s!).

The Profile-Generator does not put virtual Sections (without Zones) into the pro-
files.

Æ Workaround: attach a dummy Zone (linked to ADI) getting both entries.

Mind the improved SWE6 tool V5.0a which became available in March 2005.
