Additional TV Features
With this feature you can view subtitles on the TV screen when watching digital channels.
When watching analogue channels you can view subtitles via the teletext menu (see the teletext section of this instruction manual
for details).
Displaying subtitles for digital channels
1. Press the MENU button on the remote control to display
the menu on the TV screen.
2. Press the
v
button to select the
symbol on the menu
screen then press the
b
button to enter the ‘PRESET’
menu.
3. Press the
v
button to select ‘Digital Subtitles’ then press
the
b
button to enter.
4. Press the
b
or
B
buttons to select the language in which
you wish the subtitles to appear. You can choose from
English, Welsh or Gaelic (when transmitted by
broadcaster).
5. Press the OK button to confirm your selection.
6. Press the MENU button to remove the menu from the
TV screen.
7. When you wish to cancel subtitles, repeat steps 1 - 6 and
set to OFF in step 4.
