Press to enter Menu mode. The LCD displays the menus.

Press or a numeric key (1–3) to choose from the follow-
ing menus: “1. Common Setup”, “2. Copy Setup”, or “3. Report”.
OR
Hold the appropriate scroll button down to navigate more quickly through
each menu level.

Press to select an option when it appears on the LCD. The
LCD displays the next menu level.

Press to view the next menu item.

Press .
When an option has been selected, the LCD displays “Setting OK” on the
bottom line. The current setting is always the option with a checkmark (v).
