Making and Answering Calls

box and entering it in the space provided.

Disabling Call Waiting

Call Waiting can cause your session to terminate if you receive
an incoming call while connected. If you have call waiting,
you can disable the feature by tapping the check box located
next to “Disable call waiting” in the Phone Setup dialog box.

Using a Calling Card

The “Use calling card” field enables you to use your calling
card when dialing your ISP or Intranet server. Keep in mind,
that a delay is needed between the time you enter your calling
card number, and the time the ISP numbers are dialed. To
achieve the necessary amount of delay, commas are entered in
the dialing sequence. Each comma pauses the dialing two
seconds.

Using Primary and Secondary DNS Entries

DNS is used to translate the names of host computers into IP
addresses. When you enter a DNS number, you are identifying
