Your phone lets you store up to 179 names and phone numbers
in the Phone Book. Each entry can contain up to 32 digits, with
an associated name of up to 12 characters.

The

key allows you to view your entire Phone Book in two

different ways; by alphabetical order of the names (a-z), or by
numerical order (1-179).

To view alphabetically:

Press the lower portion of the

key.

To view numerically:

Press the upper portion of the

key.

You can store a phone number quickly by entering the number,
and then pressing

. Then follow the prompts to

designate the memory location and to enter the associated
name.

To store phone numbers and names:

1.

Press

to display the Main Menu.

2.

Press

for Phone Book.

3.

Press

for Add Entry. The screen prompts for the

phone number. (You can enter up to 32 digits.)

4.

Enter the phone number by pressing the digit keys.
The number displays from left to right.

5.

To store the phone number, press

.

The first available location displays.
