Place all ingredients in blender jar. Cover and blend
at LIQUEFY until smooth, about 25 to 30 seconds;
scrape sides of blender jar, if necessary.

Yield: 4 (about 1 cup) servings.

Banana-Berry Freeze

2 cups vanilla light ice

cream

2 cups cranberry juice

cocktail

1 cup orange juice

Place all ingredients in blender jar. Cover and blend
at MIX until smooth, about 25 to 30 seconds.

Yield: 5 (about 1 cup) servings.

Fruit Shake

apple juice
concentrate

1 cup lowfat milk
1 cup frozen

Place all ingredients in blender jar. Cover and blend
at LIQUEFY, pulsing 2 to 3 times, about 10 seconds
each time, until smooth; scrape sides of blender jar,
if necessary. Serve in sherbet/champagne glasses
with spoons.

Note: For a firmer consistency, freeze 1 to 2 hours.
Stir; serve as indicated.

Yield: 6 (1 cup) servings.
