Using the Kambrook
Electric Knife

Caution blades are sharp!

To assemble blades, ensure blades are
‘keyed’ together, and line the grease

guards together

Place the protective sleeve over the
serrated blades hold at grease guards and
carefully insert the free ends into the
handle, with the serrated edge facing
down.

Push until a click is heard.

Remove the protective sleeve from the
blades.

Plug into a 230 - 240V power outlet and
turn the power on.

Hold the appliance firmly, with your
forefinger on the operate button - push
the button down and towards the back of
the unit. When button is released, the
blades will stop.

If thumb operation is easier, the blades are
reversible to allow for thumb operation.
When inserting the blades into the unit,
insert the blades with the serrated edge
facing up.
Removing Blades from the
Kambrook Electric Knife
Switch off the power supply and unplug
from power outlet

Depress blade release buttons, and
withdraw blades from handle, again
utilising the grease guards on the blades
to facilitate removal.

When using the Kambrook Electric Knife,
always use a carving board to avoid

damage to blades and kitchen benchtops.
Guide the knife carefully through the food
you are cutting. Sawing or excessive
pressure is unnecessary. Let the knife do
the work.When the meat contains a
bone, cut down to bone, but do not
attempt to cut through it.

Always keep sharp blades in their

protective sleeve when not in use.

Do not operate the electric knife in any
way other than its intended purpose.

Do not immerse appliance in water.

Never attempt to insert or remove sharp
blades whilst the knife is plugged into the
power supply.

Cleaning
Always ensure appliance has been
disconnected from the power source.

The handle unit may be cleaned by simply
wiping over with a soft, damp cloth.
Do not use any abrasive cleaners or
cleaning materials

The Stainless Steel blades may be
removed and carefully washed in hot
soapy water rinsed and dried. Place the
blades in their protective sleeve and store.
