Ingredients:

2 measures or 300 g rice (Basmatti or Thai), 2 measures or

400 ml chicken stock, 1 chopped onion, 50 g butter, salt.

2 measures or 300 g long grain rice, 400 ml water, salt.

PLAIN RICE -

Rice cooking

Cooking time: 13 mins

Rinse the rice under running water. Place the rice in the bowl. Season

with salt. Close the lid and switch on. The appliance will automatical-

ly switch over to keep warm after 13 minutes cooking.

PILAU RICE -

Rice cooking

Cooking time: 13 mins

Rinse the rice under running water. Place the butter, chopped onion,

rice and chicken stock in the bowl. Season with salt. Stir well, close the

lid and switch on. The appliance will automatically switch over to keep

warm after 13 minutes cooking.

Preparation: 10 mins

Wash the rice before cooking except for pre-cooked risotto.

Please note : The given cooking times are only approximate and vary

depending on quantities and personal taste.

1 chopped onion, 100 g ham, 100 g mushrooms, 2 measures or 400 ml
chicken stock, salt, pepper, 250 ml tomato sauce, parmesan cheese.

RISOTTO MILANESE -

Rice cooking

Cooking time: 15 mins

Rinse the rice under running water. Cut the ham and mushrooms into

small pieces. Place the olive oil, chopped onion, mushrooms, ham and

rice in the bowl. Stir well. Add the chicken stock and season. Close the

lid and switch on. The appliance will automatically switch over to keep

warm after 15 minutes cooking. Serve with tomato sauce and parmesan

cheese.
