OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
This KOBE hood is equipped with five touch buttons, double horizontal squirrel cages with stainless steel
filter, and four bright 12-volt /20-watt halogen lights.
The five touch buttons are Power Control (On/Off), Speed Control (High, Medium, & Low), and Light
Control.
Note: For best results, turn hood to low speed prior to any preparation or cooking. Adjust speed as
needed.
Power Control
Press Power Control to turn On/Off the hood.
This unit is equipped with 1-minute delay shutoff. To activate this feature, press Power
Control button once, panel lights will flash and power will be completely shut off after 1
minutes.
Press Power Control button twice, the fan will be shut off immediately.
Speed Control
Press Speed Control to activate Low, Medium, or High Speed.
Light Control
(Light control is separate from ON/OFF control. Turning power off will not turn lights off.)
Press Light control to turn lights ON or OFF.
