OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
This KOBE hood is equipped with two-switch control panel, two powerful centrifugal turbine
impellers with safety screens, two bright 12-volt 20-watt halogen lights, and four oil containers.
The two control switches are Light Control and Speed Control. The two control switches
operate independently of each other. Refer to Figure 12.

Light Operation:
1.
Slide switch to
in the Light Control Panel to turn light on.

Slide switch to in the Light Control Panel to turn light off.
Fan Operation:

Slide switch to in the Speed Control panel for low speed.
2.
Slide switch to in the Speed Control panel for high speed.
3.
Slide switch to in the Speed Control panel for QuietMode™ speed.
4.
Slide switch to in the Speed Control panel to turn off the fan.
