Make sure your computer and your All-In-One are on.

With your document open, click File
Print.

To change the All-In-One settings, click Properties, Options,
Setup, or Preferences (depending on the program or operating
system), and then make changes to the settings.

Click OK.

From the Print dialog box, click OK or Print (depending on the
program).
Fax
Send a fax using the control panel
You can use your All-In-One to send color or black and white faxes. You
can send and receive (see page 49) A4, legal, and letter size documents.
