Airplane Mode

When your phone is in Airplane Mode, it cannot send or receive any calls
or access any online information. You may still use the phone’s other
features, such as Games, Notepad, Voice Memos, etc., while you are in
Airplane Mode.

To turn Airplane Mode on or off:

1.

From the main menu, select

Settings

).

2.

Select

Airplane Mode

(

).

3.

Read the Airplane Mode disclaimer and press

.

4.

Select

On

or

Off

and press

.

While in Airplane Mode, your phone’s standby screen will display
“Phone off.”

TTY Access

A TTY (also known as a TDD or Text Telephone, is a telecommunications
device that allows people who are deaf or hard of hearing, or who have
speech or language disabilities, to communicate by telephone. While in
TTY Mode, your phone will display the

icon.

To enable or disable TTY mode:

1.

From standby mode, press

followed by the

left softkey button (

Save

).

2.

A disclaimer will appear notifying you of a potential decrease in
headset audio with TTY enabled. Press

.

3.

Select

TTY On

or

TTY Off

and press

.

4.

Press

to exit the menu and return to standby mode.

Note:

If TTY Mode is enabled, a TTY device must be in use for the phone

to function properly.
