Fire is a permanent threat to life and property. There-

fore, immediate response to a fi re is imperative. The

main objective of the fi re detection control panel Series

BC016 is to alarm and to react in time and, conse-

quently, save lives and protect property. For decades

LST have focused their aims to undertaking unrivaled

efforts in order to realize new innovations in the security

area. Research, development and production are loca-

ted within LST premises, thus guaranteeing fl exible and

reliable individual solutions.

Using a powerful processor system, display texts, and a

large number of integrated functions, the fi re detection

control panels Series BC016 ensure topmost effi ciency

and speed – prerequisites for saving lives and minimi-

zing damage to property.

Description

Fire detection control panel BC016-2 in design and

function corresponds to fi re detection control panel

BC016-1. In addition, the BC016-2 has the possibility

to operate up to eight alarming devices as evacuation

circuits directly via the expanded keypad of the control

panel. These evacuation circuits can be actuated either

dependent of the alarm situation of the detector zone or

by a superordinate danger detection device.

Using the expanded keypad, you can manually activate

or deactivate the alarming devices that have been para-

meterised as evacuation circuits independent from the

alarm situation on the control panel. This way, the user

can manually start or terminate an evacuation alarm on

the fi re detection control panel without prior alarm of a

fi re detector. In the LED fi eld, the fi rst zone displays are

automatically used for displaying the operating conditi-

ons of the evacuation circuits.

For security reasons a two-button operation must be

performed to activate an evacuation circuit.

The physical outputs for the control and monitoring of

the alarming devices are provided by optional modules

(e.g., siren connection module SZ58-3).
