UNPACKING

1.

Remove the miter saw and all loose items from the

carton. IMPORTANT: DO NOT LIFT THE MITER SAW
BY THE SWITCH HANDLE AS THIS MAY CAUSE
MISALIGNMENT. ALWAYS LIFT THE MACHINE BY
THE BASE OR CARRYING HANDLE (see (D) Fig. 4A
.
Fig. 2 illustrates the machine and all loose items after
they have been removed from the carton.

UNDERSTOOD THE ENTIRE OWNER’S MANUAL.

MOVING THE CUTTINGHEAD TO THE

RAISED POSITION

1.

Push down on handle (A) Fig. 3, to release spring

pressure. Then pull out cuttinghead lockpin (B) and
move cuttinghead (C) to the raised position.

Fig. 4, illustrates the lockpin (B) pulled out and the

cuttinghead (C) in the raised position.

ASSEMBLING TABLE EXTENSIONS

Remove two screws from each extension rods.
Assemble ends of table extension (A) Fig. 4A, onto the
extension rods (B) as shown. Tighten screws (C) to hold
table extension in place.
