Note :
You may need to disable suspend mode in your computer to prevent the computer
from going into sleep mode. If the computer is in sleep mode, then forwarding will not
work. Or you can enable “Disable Standby/Hibernate” in configuration.
3.10 Call Recorder
The SKG-300 adapter can be configured to record PSTN or Skype voice by manually or automatically. Right
click on the SKGAgent (green telephone in the Windows System Tray) and select configure as shown below.
Location You can click “Open Folder” button to change the location of the voice file, or leave it as the
default setting.
