Unit Options
The Unit Options screen looks like this (factory default):
– Header Line 1 & Header Line 2
Headers 1 and 2 are provided for easy identiÞcation of your unit after
installation. You may want to give each unit a unique name via the
header lines to help distinguish one unit from another. You can enter a
header up to 40 letters long. Two lines provide 80 letters for your use.
That’s a lot of ßexibility!
– Password
The Password facility provides security by allowing only those who know
the correct password to conÞgure the unit via the control port. You can
still conÞgure the unit via the DIP switches. The password can be up to
16 characters long, with no restriction on the combination of characters
you can use, so be sure to remember the password. If you lose your
password, you will lose the ability to access the unit via the control port.
