The display screen surface scratches easily. After dusting, gently wipe the screen using the
provided cleaning cloth or a piece of soft flannel or cotton. Do NOT use a tissue, paper towel,
rough-textured cloth, or a wet cloth. Rough textures can scratch the screen and water can seep
under the frame edge. Also avoid rubbing or pushing on the screen.

ENTS

Blocked or clogged panel vents can cause the internal temperature to increase. High
temperatures can damage the plasma’s components, resulting in a malfunction or fire. Use a
vacuum cleaner to remove any dust build-up from the vents. The best practice is to clean the
vents once a month or more often, as needed. Set the vacuum cleaner to its weakest setting to
avoid damaging the panel then lightly brush across the vents.

Note: For cleaning the plasma chassis, do not use solvents such as benzene or thinner. Wipe with a

soft cloth.
