The wide 178˚ viewing angle ensures clear images even
when viewed from an angle. The backlight's wide
transmission aperture enhances the contrast between
light and dark, and improves motion-image response.
Outstanding picture quality for playback of Blu-ray Discs™. A
cinematic effect is achieved to preserve the quality of images
that are recorded onto movie film at 24 frames per second.
Black levels are improved and deepened by expanding the backlight
tuning area. The I.S.C. (Intelligent Scene Controller) adjusts the LCD
backlight to produce optimal picture quality. Improvements in panel
contrast and the I.S.C. achieve a high contrast ratio of 10,000:1.

greatly enhancing resolution.
