HOLDING CALLS
NON-EXCLUSIVE HOLD
With a call in progress
Press HOLD key
Replace handset
EXCLUS IVE HOLD
With a call in progress
Press FNC key
Press HO LD key. Only your station can
retrieve this call
Replace handset
RET RIEVING HE LD CALLS
Lift handset
Press the green flashing held line key
(outside call)
OR
Press CNF key (internal call)
NOTE: After a prepr o g ra mmed time, the held call
will recall to the originating station. To retrieve call,
press the green flashing held Line key.
CONFERENCE
With a call in progress
Press HO L D key
Place second call (internal or external)
Announce conference
Press CNF key to establish conference
NOTE : Repeat p roce edure to add additional
parties (up to 4 parties with no more than 2
outside parties).
NOTE 2: For an unsupe rvised conference, place
the conference call on Hold with the HOLD key.
The parties on Hold may continue to talk in
private (if they are not both outside parties).
Press flashing
CNF key to retum to the conference.
TRANSFERRING CALLS
With a call In progress
Press the HOLD key
Enter the desired station number
OR
Press Feature Access key or One Touch key
programmed for Direct Station Selection
Announce the transfer when the party answers,
press RECALL key and replace handset
OR
Press RECA LL key and re p lace handset to
transfer unannounced.
TRANSFER (CAMP-ON) A CALL TO A
BUSY S T A TI ON
After answering an outside call
Press the HOLD key
Enter the desired station number
OR
Press Feature Access key or One Touch key
programmed for Direct Station Selection
Receive Call Waiting tone
from busy station
Press RECA LL key and replace handset
NOTE : An unanswered camp-on or ring
transferred call will recall after a preprogmmmed
time inter val .
NOTE 2: To retum to the original party, press
green flashing Line key.
