The i2022 requires PS2 power. Always leave the PS1/PS2 switch in the PS2 position.

Powering the i2022 Locally

The i2022 can use a significant amount of power, especially when equipped with EM-32 Add-On Call Appearance
modules. Back light, speakerphone, and DSS/BLF settings can significantly add to the power draw of the i2022. In these
high power consumption modes, it is desirable to power the i2022 locally. Figure 4 shows a method of powering the i2022
using a Lucent 1215B Power Supply.
