WEIGHT DEFROSTING AND COOKING IN ONE STAGES
Some recipes require frozen foods to be thawed before cooking.
This oven can be programmed to automatically defrost foods before cooking.
DO THIS... THIS HAPPENS...
1. Touch AUTO DEFROST
(MEAT/POULTRY/FISH)

The Def. indicator lights and " 800 " is
displayed.
The display will show the defrost
weight you pressed in the order you
touched.
The M/W indicator lights and "P-HI "
is displayed.
This example shows full power
(100%).
The display will show the numbers
you pressed in the order you

This example shows 5 minutes 30
seconds at full power.
2. Touch POULTRY pads for
the defrosting weight you
want.
