Precautions
Follow these precautions when using your MobilePro and
AC adapter.
T Always plug the AC adapter cord into an easily accessi-
ble outlet. It is important to be able to easily shut off
power by unplugging the AC adapter if needed.
T Avoid dropping or bumping the MobilePro or the AC
adapter.
T Do not stack heavy objects on the MobilePro or the AC
adapter.
T
When using the AC adapter, make sure the power source
falls within the unit’s compatible range of 100–240 volts
AC. Never use the AC adapter if the voltage falls out-
side of this range. (Watch for this when traveling to
other countries.)
T Turn off the MobilePro power before attaching or re-
moving devices.
T Do not push any foreign objects into the MobilePro
bays, connectors, and slots.
T
Avoid using the unit or AC adapter for extended periods
in direct sunlight.
T Do not use the unit in humid or dusty environments.
T Turn off the MobilePro power before cleaning the sys-
tem.
T Avoid exposing the MobilePro or AC adapter to extreme
changes in temperature or humidity. If it is unavoidable,
allow your MobilePro to adjust to room temperature be-
fore use.
