Situation: Probable Cause: Solution:
Performance is less than
expected
The + and – polarity of the
subwoofer wire might be
reversed on the subwoofer
Crossover frequency is not
adjusted correctly
Crossover button is in the
wrong position
Check the entire system for
proper polarity
Adjust crossover frequency
by turning the Crossover
Frequency Control clockwise
until desired sound is
obtained
Check Crossover On/Off
button for correct setting
