Problem Solution
The headset does not turn on. • The headset battery may be discharged. Try recharging the
headset.
Pairing is unsuccessful. • Try moving the mobile phone and headset closer together during
pairing.
• Make sure that the mobile phone is in the correct Bluetooth mode.
• Some electrical devices such as microwave ovens create a noisy
electrical environment making it difficult for the headset to
communicate with the mobile phone. Try moving away from such
devices and try again.
Pairing has succeeded but calls
cannot be heard • Make sure that your mobile phone is switched on and ready to
connect to the headset.
The headset stops responding
to button presses. • Make sure that your headset battery is charged.
• Try resetting your headset according to the directions given in
“Resetting your headset” on page 14.
Audible calling number
identification does not work • If the calling number is hidden, whisper mode will not function
• Activation of automatic call pick up will temporarily deactivate
whisper mode
• Certain mobile phones do not implement the caller ID feature in
the standard format. Therefore the whisper mode feature cannot
function with these mobile phones
