WATER DRAIN CONNECTION

max.

4000 mm

min. 400 mm

max. 850 mm

Connect the water drain hose to:
• The sink spigot. Attach the water drain

hose under the kitchen counter. This
prevents that waste water from the sink
goes back to the appliance.

• A stand pipe with vent-hole. The inter-

nal diameter must be minimum 40 mm.

Remove the sink plug when the appliance
drains. This prevents water to go back to
the appliance.
An extension hose for the water drain
hose must be shorter than 2 m and with
the same diameter as the water drain
hose.

A

If you connect the water drain hose to a
trap spigot under the sink, remove the
plastic membrane (A). A not complete re-
moval of the membrane causes a block-
age in the spigot and problems with
drain.
The appliance has a non-return valve that
prevents dirty water to go back to the ap-
pliance. If there is a non-return valve in
the sink spigot, remove it to prevent the
appliance to drain incorrectly.
