Q: The camera fails to operate in cold weather. What can I
do?
A: Generally, low temperatures will reduce the battery
performance temporarily. Try to keep the camera warm before
using them.
Q: The remote control does not operate.
A: Due to the noise produced by specific types of fluorescent
lighting (fluorescent lights without glow lamp), it may not be
possible to use the remote control unit. In such cases, use the
selftimer.
