OMEGA’s U24Y101 24 VDC Power
Supply provides low cost DC power
suitable for driving process current
loops, transducers, relays, electro-
mechanical timers, and small motors.
All components are rated to insure high
reliablility, and built-in fusing prevents
damage due to short-circuits or
prolonged overloading.

There are two models:

U24Y101

for 120 Vac power;

U24Y101-220

for 220 Vac power

Either model can be converted to the
other by a solder pad change which is
explained below.

UNPACKING

Remove the packing list and verify that
all equipment has been received. If
there are any questions about the

mounting. the power supply should be
mounted in an open area with
unrestricted air movement.
Connections for AC power and DC
output are made via the four position
terminal block. The power can be 120
or 220 VAC and is user selectable by
means of internal jumpers.

CAUTION — MAKE ALL

HOW TO CHANGE INPUT
VOLTAGE

1. Remove the screws securing the

bottom covers to gain access to the
printed circuit board.

2. Locate the three solder jumpers

shown in Fig. 1.

a) For 120 VAC operation install

solder jumpers at locations A & B
and remove jumper C.

b) For 220 VAC remove solder

jumper from A & B and install
solder jumper at C.

3. Relabel unit to reflect power change.
