The Driver consists of 3 main parts: Cover(1), Weight assembly (2), inside belt disk (3)

* Remove Driver from engine and seperate components according to diagram above.

* With brake cleaning fluid, spray each component (1),(2),(3) liberally and wipe clean.

* Lubricate Driver component (2) (3) with a dry spray lubricant. Make sure no lubricant is

placed on surfaces where drive belt will contact. Note: Dry spray lubricant can

be purchased at most auto, motorcycle, and hardware stores. Do not use Grease, oil,

graphite or silicone lubricants.

* Remove Driven from jackshaft. Do not take apart, if the Driven

needs to be taken apart, please contact your local service center.

* With brake cleaning fluid, spray Driven liberally and wipe clean.

* Lubricate Driven with a dry spray lubricant. Make sure no lubricant is

sprayed on surfaces which will come in contact with the drive belt..

Re-install Torque Converter Drive , Drivebelt, and Driven

. nstall Driven unit

. nstall Drive belt

. nstall inside belt disk

. nstall drive cover and

weight assembly. Make sure

bolt on driven and nut on

driver are snug.
