Press the CD DUBBING button on
the MD-105X

The CD player automatically searches for
the disc's peak level, while the MD-105X
sets the optimum peak level and then
enters the recording standby mode. The
MD-105X starts digital recording the
whole disc as soon as the disc's first track
starts playing. (DLA Link)
The recording stops automatically when
the playback of all disc tracks is
completed.

CD-dubbing (System operation)

Press the EDIT/NO button to
display "CD Dub Mode".

4-1 Press the EDIT/NO button repeatedly
until "CD DubMode?" appears.

4-2 Press the YES button.
The current CD dubbing mode is shown.
("Fade Album?" indicates that you are
switching from the Fadeout to Album CD
dubbing mode.)
4-3 Press the YES button.
To stop halfway the CD dubbing mode
setting, press the EDIT/NO button.

To stop the recording...
Press the e button.

CD-dubbing with track specified

When this MD recorder is configured into a
system with A-905X and C-705X only one track
with CD playing or pausing can be recorded by
one-touch operation.

Play a CD

Play your desired track.

Press the CD DUBBING button.

Playing returns to the head of the track
being played and only this track will be
recorded (with DLA Link activated).

When the track reaches the end, next track will
start and the MD recorder will stop.

Note
When the CD-dubbing mode is set to "Fadeout",
the track will be faded out at the end of recording
if the whole track cannot be recorded.
When the Album CD dubbing is selected and only
one track will be recorded, recording will be
continued until the end of MD is reached and the
track being recorded will not be discarded if the
end of MD is reached in the middle of recording.
