readings.Becauseeachpersonisdifferent,it’simportanttoconsult

q. Why could my doctor’s reading be different than my readings
taken at home?
a. Havingyourbloodpressuremeasuredbyahealthcareprofessionalin
adoctor’sofficecancausenervousnessandmayresultinanelevated
reading.Becausethesereadingscanvaryconsiderably,youshouldtake
yourbloodpressureonaregularbasisathomeandshareyourresults
withyourhealthcareprovider.
