TROUBLESHOOTING
If your Concertmate 410 is not performing as it should, these suggestions might
help. If you still cannot solve the problem, take the keyboard to your local Ra-
dioShack store for assistance.
Symptom Possible Cause Remedy
No sound, even if
keys are pressed. POWER is set to OFF . Set POWER to ON .
VOLUME is turned down. Turn up VOLUME.
Headphones are con-
nected. Unplug headphones.
Power supply problem. Check the power supply.
• Ensure batteries are
installed correctly.
• Ensure batteries are
fresh.
• Check for correct AC/
DC adapter connection.
No rhythm. VOLUME is turned down. Adjust VOLUME.
Rhythm was not started. Press START / STOP .
No accompaniment
when accompani-
ment keys are
pressed. VOLUME is turned down. Adjust VOLUME.
Accompaniment button
not pressed. Press A.B.C .
No sound when con-
nected to an exter-
nal amplifier. POWER is set to OFF . Set POWER to ON .
VOLUME is turned down. Turn up VOLUME.
Defective connection
cord. Replace the connection
cord.
Problem with external
amplifier. Check the external ampli-
fier.
