2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
TRIPP LITE warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of two years (except batteries: 1 year) from the date of initial purchase. TRIPP LITE’s obligation under
this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing (at its sole option) any such defective products. To obtain
service under this warranty, you must obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number from
TRIPP LITE or an authorized TRIPP LITE service center. Products must be returned to TRIPP LITE
or an authorized TRIPP LITE service center with transportation charges prepaid and must be accompanied
by a brief description of the problem encountered and proof of date and place of purchase. This warranty
does not apply to equipment which has been damaged by accident, negligence or misapplication or has
been altered or modified in any way. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser who must have
properly registered the product within 10 days of purchase.
The warranties of all TRIPP LITE surge suppressors are null and void if they have been connected to
the output of any UPS system. The warranties of all TRIPP LITE UPS Systems are null and void if a surge
suppressor has been connected to its output receptacles.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, TRIPP LITE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PUR-
POSE.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, IN NO EVENT WILL TRIPP LITE BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT,
INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE
OF THIS PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. Specifically,
TRIPP LITE is not liable for any costs, such as lost profits or revenue, loss of equipment, loss of use of
equipment, loss of software, loss of data, costs of substitutes, claims by third parties, or otherwise.
The policy of TRIPP LITE is one of continuous improvement. Specifications are subject to change
without notice.
GARANTIA LIMITADA DE 2 AÑOS
TRIPP LITE garantiza que sus productos estarán libres de defectos en materiales y mano de obra por un
período de dos años (excepto las baterías: 1 año) a partir de la fecha inicial de compra. La obligación de
TRIPP LITE bajo esta garantía se limita a reparar o reemplazar (a su sola discreción) cualquier producto
defectivo. Para obtener servicio bajo esta garantía, usted debe obtener un número de Autorización de
Devolución de Producto (RMA) extendido por TRIPP LITE o por uno de sus centros autorizados de
servicio. Los productos pertinentes deberán enviarse o entregarse a TRIPP LITE o a uno de sus centros
autorizados de servicio con los cargos de transporte pagados con antelación y acompañados por una breve
descripción del problema y prueba de fecha y lugar de compra. Esta garantía no cubre productos que
hayan sido dañados por accidente, negligencia o uso incorrecto, o que hayan sido alterados o modificados
en forma alguna. Esta garantía es válida solamente para el comprador original quien debe de haber registrado
correctamente el producto durante los primeros 10 días a partir de la fecha de compra.
