Press the [CANCEL] button several times or press the [FUNCTION
CLEAR] button once.
The screen returns to the “user functions mode” main screen.

The screen returns to the “copy mode” main screen.
Printing out counter values
This section describes how to print out the value of the total number of pages copied in each
department.
y Counter values to be printed belong to the department which you entered on the department
code entry screen.
y If you want to print the counter values of all the departments registered, key in the master
code in the department code entry screen, and then proceed to the following steps:
1 Press the [USER FUNCTIONS] button.
The “user functions mode” main screen is displayed.

Select “LISTS” with and buttons, and then press the
[ENTER] button.
