To Divert your Phone
You may use your Divert keys on your phone.
Divert ALL – Press Program followed by Divert all enter in the number you wish to
divert to, press Divert all again followed by program, this key will now be
programmed to divert to this number. To activate this key press it, to de-activate it
press it again.
Divert NA – Press to activate, press again to de-activate, this will send all your calls
to Voicemail after a set number of rings
Divert VM – Press to activate, press again to de-activate, this will send all your calls
immediately to Voicemail without your phone ringing.
Note; you may also use codes to divert your phone
To divert your phone to any number ie Mobile dial #6011 followed by the number
and # and hang-up
TO CANCEL Dial #6051 and hang up
Personal Speed Dials (codes 100-119)
Press the program key
Press the Spdial key
Dial in the first code 100
Dial in 9 for the outside line
Dial in the Number you wish to save
Press Spdial to save it
Programming your white keys
Press the program key
Press the white key
Dial 9 for outside line
Dial number you wish to save
Press white key again
Press program again
When you press the key it will ring the saved number

Dial #66
Dial in first code 200
Dial in 9 for the outside line
Dial in the number you wish to save
Press # to Save
