Incidental and consequential damages
Turbosound's liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at our option, of
any defective product, and shall not be liable for any incidental and
consequential damages including, without limitation, injury to persons or
property or loss of use.

All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose, are limited in duration to the length of this warranty.
