4.2.9 PC Camera mode
The video camera can act as a PC camera when connected to your personal
computer (PC) via USB. Compressed video images can be displayed at real
time on the PC screen and transmitted over the Internet.
‚
Switch the video camera on.
‚ Connect the camera to your PC with the USB cable.
‚ The following picture will be shown on the LCD.
‚ Select “WEB CAM” with ▲ or ▼ key and press the OK key to enter WEB CAM
mode.
‚ It acts as PC camera.
Refer to “Install PC camera driver” to install the device driver on your PC
before using the camera as a PC camera.
If the camera is in video camera mode, pressing Mode key will change over to
Portable Hard disk mode.
