Broil/Grill Recommendations

Broil tender cuts of meats, poultry or marinated meats. Cooking
time is determined by the desired doneness and the distance
between the food and the element.

The following BROIL/GRILL CHART is to be used as a guideline.

*Turn food halfway through cooking time. Broil times are
approximate and may vary depending on meat.

Note:

To speed up browning, brush lean cuts of meat and chicken

with oil, margarine or melted butter. Broiling times indicated are
for fresh meat at refrigerator temperature.
