SKIPPING A MESSAGE
1. Press toreviewyourmessages.Thenumberofmessagesisannounced.
2. Press at anytime to skip to the next message. Each time is pressed, the system
scans forward one message. If you have several messages, press to find the message
youwanttoplay.
3. Press , at any time to stop reviewing your messages and return to standby. The message
countershowsthenumberofmessagesstoredinmemory.
Toquicklyscrollforwardsthroughamessage,pressandhold .
DELETING A MESSAGE
Tomaintainmaximumrecordingtime,deleteanyoldmessages.
1. Press toreviewyourmessages.
2. Press anytimeduringthemessagetodelete.
3. Aconfirmationtonesoundsafterthemessagehasbeendeleted.
Youcanalsodeleteallthemessages.
1. Press ."Todeleteallmessages,pressdeleteagain"isannounced.
2. Press again.Aconfirmationtonesoundsafterallthemessageshavebeen deleted.
If you try to delete all messages without first listening to your new messages, you will hear several
short beeps followed by the announcement "Please playback all messages". This protects you
fromaccidentallyerasingmessagesyouhavenotyetreviewed.
When you press
