Select your handset’s ringing melody
1. Press MENU.
2. Select PERSONAL SET and press OK.
3. Select HANDSET TONE and press OK.
4. Select the line for which you want to set the ringtone.
Choose from telephone, Skype, or internal. Internal is the ringtone for paging the handset from the base sta-
tion and for using the intercom between handsets.
5. Select your preferred ringtone and press OK.

1. Press MENU.
2. Select PERSONAL SET and press OK.
3. Select HANDSET TONE and press OK.
4. Select VOLUME and press OK.
5. Select your preferred volume and press OK.
You can also turn off your ringer temporarily by using the handset keys. For more information, see Ringer On/Off
Turning the key beep on/off
1. Press MENU.
2. Select PERSONAL SET and press OK.
3. Select HANDSET TONE and press OK.
4. Select KEY BEEP and press OK.
5. Select ON or OFF and press OK.

Recall or Flash

You may know the recall function as "flash" or "switchhook". It is commonly used to manage call waiting. Your
