As the temperature of a hard drive nears its heat

of data can occur. With the Vortex 2 HDCS (Hard Drive
Cooling System), you can help ensure the dependability
of your crucial data. The Vortex 2 dampens the
vibration caused by the rapidly spinning motors in the
hard drive, reducing noise and shock. It also provides
an easy to clean mesh air filter to help keep dust off
your drive and out of your case. Most importantly, with
its adjustable crossflow blower, the Vortex 2 can lower
the temperature of your hard drive by up to 40%.
Compatible with any 3.5" hard drive, including Serial
ATA, IDE, and SCSI, the Vantec Vortex 2 increases
system stability and protects your data.
