Using the ExpressKeys and tablet wheel

By default, the customizable ExpressKeys are set to perform the F

ORWARD

and B

ACK

functions within most

Internet browsers. The customizable tablet wheel is set to S

CROLL

3 lines per wheel notch in most windows

and applications.

You might consider some of these alternate ways of using the ExpressKeys:

Set a key to a commonly used keyboard shortcut.

Set a key to launch a commonly used file or application, such as your email program.

If you prefer not to (or cannot) use the side switches on your Graphire4 pen, then set a key to right- or
double-click.

Choose from any of the other available functions.

Depending on the function you have chosen, you can also press the keys with your secondary hand to
toggle between tools or change tool properties while you are using your primary hand to work with your pen
on the tablet.

Note also that the tablet ExpressKeys are chordable, which means you can operate them simultaneously.
For example, if you program one key to simulate the C

TRL

key and another to simulate an A

LT

keystroke,

when you press both keys a C

TRL

+A

LT

is simulated.

See

customizing the tablet functions

for more details on the available settings.

The right key default is F

ORWARD

.

The left key default is B

ACK

within Internet browsers

Roll the tablet wheel forward to scroll up, and back to scroll down.
