Troubleshooting

If your Wolf drawer microwave oven is not operating

properly, use the following troubleshooting guide before

calling Wolf factory certified service. This guide will save

you time and trouble and may help you avoid the expense

of a service call.

Drawer microwave oven does not operate.

Check the household fuse or circuit breaker to see if it

has been blown or tripped. A power outage may also

have caused a disruption in service.

No electricity is being supplied to the microwave oven.

Make sure the power cord is plugged in. Have an

electrician verify that the unit is connected to a proper

electrical circuit.

Microwave oven is in demo mode. Refer to page 15

for steps to cancel demo mode.

Food in drawer microwave oven is not heating.

Check controls to make sure they have been set

properly.

Time in visual display counts down very rapidly.

Interior light does not work.

Light bulb is loose or burned out. Contact Wolf factory

certified service.

Touch controls will not operate.

Control panel lock is on. Refer to page 9 to unlock.

Display flashes.

Power failure. Touch STOP/CLEAR and reset the clock.

If the microwave oven was in use, you must reset the

cooking function.

Radio or TV interference caused by the microwave oven.

Make sure the microwave oven is on a different

electrical circuit, relocate the radio or TV as far away

from the microwave oven as possible or check position

and signal of receiving antenna.
