14.2.2 Database Backup and Restore
Click Admin, Database Management and then Backup/Restore in the switch manager to
display the following screen.

The following table describes the fields in this screen.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
Directory Type the path and file name of the database (usually stored in MySQL) you
wish to restore to the EMS or backup to your computer in the Directory text
box or click Browse to locate it.
Backup Click the Backup radio button to transfer the database file from the EMS to a
computer.
Restore Click the Restore radio button to transfer the database file from your
computer to the EMS.
Apply Click Apply to backup or restore the database file.
Close Click Close to close the screen.
14.2.3 Database Scheduled Backup Configuration
Click Admin, Database Management and then Backup and Restore (EMS DB) in the
switch manager to display the following screen.
Port This field displays the selected switch port number on which the log was
generated.
Description This field displays further information about the log.
Delete Click Delete to delete a select log from the list of log entries.
Close Click Close to close this screen.
