The Xerox 4112 EPS and Xerox 4127 EPS are respectively, 110 and 125 page per minute black
and white, digital offerings, designed for large offices and small/medium size central reproduction
departments or print shops.

Main Components

• Print Engine (includes User Interface, Bypass Tray, and Nationalization Kit).

• Xerox FreeFlow Print Server.

Finishing and Feeding

• Finisher:

o Standard Finisher or Booklet-Maker Finisher
o The Standard Finisher has a 200- sheet post-fuse Inserter, a Stacker Tray and a

variable-length Stapler and hole punch (2/3 XNA, 2/4 XE & DMO)

o The Booklet-maker Finisher has the same staple and hole punch features of the

Standard Finisher as well as the 200-sheet post-fuse Inserter Tray. It has a stack
capacity of 2,000 sheets and the ability to create saddle-stitched booklets up to 20 sheets
from 8.5 x 11”/A4, 8.5 x 14”, 11 x 17”/A3 and 12 x 18”/SRA3 media.

o The optional Folding Unit is available for the Standard and Booklet-making Finishers.

• The Standard Finisher is available with an optional Folder Module for the Finisher (C/Z fold &

Engineering Z fold)

• High Capacity Feeder (2 drawer) (HCF)

• Oversized High Capacity Feeder (1 drawer) (OHCF)

The Xerox 4112 EPS cannot be upgraded to the Xerox 4127 EPS.

High Capacity Feed Units (optional)

There are two optional feeding options.

• Two tray high capacity feeder (HCF) that adds 4,000 A4 or 8.5” x 11” sheet capacities to the

system.

• One tray Oversized High Capacity Feeder (OHCF) that adds 2,000 sheet capacity for media

up to SRA3 or 13” x 19.2”.


NOTE: The two optional feeders cannot be attached to the printer system at the same time. The
two units must be installed (or de-installed) by a trained Xerox Service Representative.

New Features

The following highlights are compared to previous Xerox offerings such as the Xerox 4110 and
Xerox 4595.

Speed – higher speed option: 125 ppm.

Improved booklet-maker finisher – up to 20 sheets (80 imposed pages) for larger

booklets/calendars and other applications.

Improved Registration - +/- 0.7mm front-to-back registration.

Coated Stocks – ability to run a set of approved Xerox coated stocks from all trays.

Expanded Meters – more extensive meter information available for customers to understand

how they are using the Xerox 4112/4127.

Multi-Sheet Sensors – jams are detected sooner with less waste in paper, toner, jam

clearance time.

Density control – better control in all environments through improved hardware/software.
