SERVICE
It is a recommendation by the manufacturer that annual servicing of the product is done by the manufacturers
approved service organisation.
Before calling out an Engineer, please ensure that you have read the details under the heading 'Something Not
Working?' and have the model number and purchase date to hand. The telephone number and address for
service is detailed in the enclosed Customer Care Booklet.
PLEASE NOTE that all enquiries concerning service should be addressed to your local Zanussi Customer
Service Centre.
Some Regional Electricity Companies are responsible for the servicing of cookers sold through their own retail
outlets. For service contact your local Electricity Showroom.
