4 Block Size
The data block size of the CRW8824S can be set to 512 bytes per sector by setting
the Block Size jumper switch to “ON.” This is necessary when installing the
CRW8824S on a UNIX-based workstation. It is not necessary for Windows 95/98/
98SE/NT4.0/2000 computers.
