COMPOSITION
The water softener has been specifically
designed for the range of ovens in order to
provide an economical form of water
treatment that will reduce the build up of
scale on the crockery and inside the machine
itself.

FEATURES
� SA 1 has been designed specifically for
convection and combi ovens and is suitable
for all size of ovens, from 6 to 40 grids
� Equipped with an electromechanical valve
that allows regeneration from between once
per day to once per week
� Operating pressure between 2,8 and 5 bar
� Maximum flow rate 1800lt/h
� Incorporates 8 litre cylinder in stainless
steel 304 AISI with 5,6 litres of resin
� Maximum salt content in brine of 20 kg.
Every rigeneration cycle requires 1kg of salt
consumption
� Water connection between 4°C to 49°C
� Quantity of soft water depending on
hardness according to French regulation:
30°- 2100 lt
40°- 1900 lt
50°- 1800 lt
60°- 1700 lt
� Quantity of soft water depending on
hardness according to German regulation:
17°- 2100 lt
22°- 1900 lt
27°- 1800 lt
33°- 1700 lt
� All models comply with the standards
required by the main international approval
